A Photo a Week Challenge : Sunrise

It’s winter. Even though the DST was over, you don’t see the sunlight before 9am. One good thing is mostly you don’t see any people neither. COVID-19 situation in Europe is getting worse and worse and afternoon is not a proper time to visit city centre. Nobody know what will happen next. However, you know, there is no night that doesn’t dawn. If winter comes, can spring be far behind?

Mostly Monochrome Monday #228

Small branches blanketing most of the winter silver sky tells coming new cheerful season.

After leaves fell, I learnt that a lot of small branches have been covering up the ground from strong sunlight in summer. Needless to say, it should be obvious, definitely no surprise, but it is just a part of knowledge from text books for common people. It can be a good lesson to walk in a forest.

A Photo a Week Challenge : Gateways

There should be a lot of gateways around my place, sometimes to draw a line indicating in and out, sometimes it just stands with no reason but historically, or simply it should be. I don’t know the meaning of above arch and gateway but at least, once you enter the town, the Christmas time should come to you.
