A Part of Wordless Wednesday
capturing in prose
The picture on top is a panoramic view from the park named “Minato-no-mieru-oka”, literally “a hill you see a harbor” where it is one of the most famous places to visit. (click to enlarge)
Beneath your feet when you visit there, Motomachi, an old street, could be the must-visit place though the bustling shopping and entertainment district would be MM21 area.
My second contribution to the weekly photo challenge: Beneath Your Feet by The Daily Post.
When I walked on a small street to the station in an early morning, suddenly I found this newly designed cover of a fire hydrant in Yokohama city. It is unlikely that someone replaced it last night. Obviously it was there for a while and I haven’t cared beneath my feet. What a cute cover isn’t it.
It is interesting to find a common but local signs on a street. When you marvel at an ancient architecture, you may be stepping on an interesting signs.

Last week I published some photos taken in Paris. A couple of days passing, suddenly I thought it could be interesting to add some editing on pictures of Yokohama. The first one was not taken with iPhone but edited using Phoenix Photo Editor.
先週パリで撮った写真をアップした。数日が過ぎて、急に横浜の写真に編集を加えたら面白いかもと考えた。最初の写真はiPhoneで撮ったものではないが、Phoenix Photo Editorを使ってiPhoneで編集したものである。
The next two pictures were taken with D-SLR. I edited slightly these pictures on my PC, so exactly saying, it’s not an iPhonegraphy any more.
次の2枚は、デジタル一眼レフで撮ったものであり、PCで少しだけ編集した。その意味では、もはやiPhonegraphyではない。
I hope you enjoy.
