A Part of Wordless Wednesday
Beside the street in Yokohama, yellow tulips are shining under the strong sunlight. It must be a good season to go out and enjoy fragments of the coming summer with the blue sky and water.
横浜の街は、すでに夏を思わせる強い日差しにあふれ、外を歩かなければ損してしまいそう。チューリップの季節はあとほんの少しだけ。いよいよ緑を楽しむ季節。
This Colosseum was built in the days of the Romans and is still used. Perhaps, I should not say it a monument.

The monument was built for a memory of the Nagano Olympic Games 1998. Interestingly this statue, which seems to be a ski jumper, is put in front of the skating rink. Something strange happened in 16 years? Addition to this, someone would left his bamboo broom there as you see. Nobody’s interested in a past Olympic Games? Probably it is because many of facilities for the games are still used commonly.
