Who said there’s no color in winter?
There’s bound to be plenty of color even at the top of the stairs.
The end of autumn has full of anticipation.
冬には色がないなんて誰が言ったの？
階段の上にもきっと色はたくさんあるはず。
秋の終わりは期待に溢れている。
A Part of Mostly Monochrome Monday
この写真を撮ったのが3週間ほど前で、さすがにフレッシュなバラや春秋の花はもう少なくなってきた。そろそろ1年で一番花の少ない時期を迎える。幸いなことにあたたかな横浜は、1月の半ばになれば梅やらシクラメンやらが咲き始めるから、冬枯れで花もない期間はほとんどない。花の写真のネタが切れたら’Frozen Friday’とか’Fragmented Friday’というシリーズに短期切り替えているが、まだもうしばらくは’Floral Friday’が続けられそうである。

Autumn is a season perhaps surprisingly full of energy. Life is gushing out even from the weeds.

A Part of Mostly Monochrome Monday
A face of animals including human usually has symmetry in nature in terms of its shape. Few exception may be seen in a shape of a flounder or a calling crab. I don’t know why, but I imagine that we are drawn to symmetry because it helps us notice dangers in the natural world. You may find a face-like shape on the left photo.
I saw a shape of elephant back in the photo at bottom. Do you see anything?
