It was a bright afternoon, and the gentle spring breeze was still cold, but the warmth of the light, which had gotten a little stronger, was a welcome relief. The thing that was most comforting about returning to Japan from France was the winter sunshine. Weekends in Brittany were not bad at all, as I was constantly worried about rain falling from overcast skies, but I had completely forgotten how warm the sunshine could be. But sometimes I feel nostalgic, remembering the beautiful contrast between the sudden hailstorm and the bright blue sky.
Introducing something Japan-like, that’s not my way. Perhaps it’s the same way that I share a photo of cherry blossom. All I would like to do with this photo is to say something may go badly in terms of environment.
As you know, we cannot avoid a global warming. We are doing something against it but it is still going. In addition, we know, there’s a kind of variation in weather. The Arctic Oscillation always impacts on our environment.
However, these cherry should bloom at the end of February. Please do not misunderstand. There are a lot of species of cherry trees and the blossoms in the photo usually blooms earlier than well-know cherry blossoms.
