I have completely forgotten how to spend a May break, so-called ‘Golden Week’ of Japan, when everyone takes a short vacation. Traditionally, May the fifth is the day for children and large streamers in the shape of carp are displayed. Such scenes are far from my memories, and now I only notice them when we go shopping. This photo shows a lot of streamers, but I ceded the place to the children and did not go near them. When I look at the big tree, the big streamers, and the little children, I wonder if it’s okay to play innocently again.
Lens-Artists Challenge #298: To Be Young Again
The picture at bottom was taken last year, of course with being young at heart.

Being young at heart is something we adults need, from time to time.
Lovely captures 🙂
A lot of people including me want to stay young but do nothing. Perhaps it might be enough just to think about it sometimes.
That looks good. I hope you brought enough for everyone. >grin<
OK, I got it. Please wait a moment. It may take some time for shipping. Stay young.
Mickey always brings a smile, so thanks for this morning’s first smile of the day!
My pleasure. I’m always getting smiles from the blog sphere.
Tagnoue, of course being young at heart is the best attitude. I loved your opening paragraph and the sentence about playing innocently. The photos are wonderful.
Thank you so much for the words. It was nice to have opportunities of thinking of myself.
It is always ok to remain young at heart. And a Mickey pop? yummy.
It’s rare to find an ice cream bar that puts a smile on everyone’s face, whether they like it or not.
Isn’t that the truth!?
Of course it depends. The answer is always yes and no. At least I know the one and you should know. I believe that everyone has. That’s why the world is full of happiness.
