LAPC #267: Recharge

I was traveling at north of Japan just for refreshing and recharging last week. It was a kind of late summer vacation. When I go somewhere far from my town, usually a camera and some lenses are necessary things for me but I didn’t take them except small one. The travel was not for sightseeing but for spending relaxing time with my partner in a historical city with thinking of its prosperity. Honestly saying, a blue sky was rather recharging than abandoned railways, and exactly saying, a food festival made me relaxing.

（日本語超訳）先週、リフレッシュと充電のために北日本を旅行していました。これについては、日本語でまた取り上げようかと思います。なんだか遅めの夏休みみたいなものでした。 遠くに行くときは、たいていカメラとレンズを複数持っていきますが、今回は小さいもひとつだけにしました。この旅は歴史ある街でその繁栄に思いを馳せながら、ゆっくりとした時間を過ごすためのものでしたが、正直言って廃線よりも青空の方に元気をもらえたし、まさにお祭りで癒されました。

    1. Perhaps you may know that Japan consists of several big islands and the north one, Hokkaido, is famous at seafood, meet and vegetables. The festival was about edible Hokkaido. The festival continues around three weeks, everyday, along with grand avenue.

    1. My favorite was a fried cake of minced meat and local fried chickens. You may be interested in local seafoods; so fresh and delicious.

      2. Me too, after posting the article, I rushed buying chicken, unfortunately not from the festival but a supermarket.

    オータムフェスト、美味しいものが沢山でしよう～～
    ラストは、廃線・・・・？

    1. オータムフェスト、想像以上でした。雪まつりに匹敵するイベントなんて書いてる記事を見ましたが、いやはや1kmもの距離が丸ごとローカルフードとは。食べきれません。
      トップの写真は実は羊ケ丘です。行った事なかったので立ち寄ってみました。長い長い行列待ちのクラーク博士像より、こちらの方がそれらしいかなと思って撮った写真です。
      線路は旧国鉄手宮線です。

        ここに羊ですよね、そして札幌ドームが見えれば、羊が丘と解りましたが
        矢張り撮る方が撮ると違いますね＾＾；・・・・ここは何処と思いました

        名前は知っていますが観に行った事が有りません
        ネットで観てみました、その内に。。。。来年＾＾；

      2. 今回の短い旅は北海道の地を踏んだことのないパートナーからのずいぶん前からのリクエストでした。でも、牛の多いところに住んでいたので、札幌や小樽の街が中心。札幌ドームも見たいけど、それよりも真駒内アイスアリーナ（の外観）、という感じでした。
