Lens Artists Challenge #276: Looking Up, Looking Down

I was walking through a public garden with a small wooded area with a path when I heard a knock overhead. The sound was made by a red-bellied woodpecker.

Walking while looking at the trees is also fun. The photo below was taken a few years ago in Brittany, where I used to live. There was a European red squirrel looking down at me in the woods right next to my house.

One day, as I was walking along the forest road as usual, I came to a well-maintained garden area and couldn’t help but look down at it. And I found it. The scenery between the branches looked a little strange. I was confused. Everything has been turned upside down. It was a moment. After a few seconds I was back to normal.
