A Photo a Week Challenge : Stacked

It was stacked, probably, in ancient days but nobody knows. Then, the question is how to stack them again now because the challenge says “Get really creative. Stack things that are similar or very different from each other. Create your own pyramid or some other geometric shape.” So I have just edited my photo, rotating slightly, removing chroma, giving square shape and vignetting. I hope it works well.

A Photo a Week Challenge : What’s For Dinner

What shall we take for dishes today? Courgettes look fresh and aubergines are shiny. Everybody’s looking for pieces of summer sunlight and laughter.

The early morning market is the best place to find the season and, perhaps, you will look forward joyfully to your dinner at the end of summer.

その季節を知るのに朝市ほど適切な場所はない。

I’m now back from my short vacation.

A Photo a Week Challenge : Yellow

The sky was grey and most of stores were closed. A lot of tourists and a few residents were strolling around the city aimlessly. It was the Assumption day afternoon. Nobody worked for delivery and I needed not to care of traffic.

My intention of the second picture was monochromatic expression of a traffic sign and a mailbox because I thought most of readers may see colours on it. However, in front of my PC display, I was wondering if it was enough expressive. After looking at some pictures, I have come to understand that a coloured picture would rather tells the atmosphere of the place.
