Introducing something Japan-like, that’s not my way. Perhaps it’s the same way that I share a photo of cherry blossom. All I would like to do with this photo is to say something may go badly in terms of environment.
As you know, we cannot avoid a global warming. We are doing something against it but it is still going. In addition, we know, there’s a kind of variation in weather. The Arctic Oscillation always impacts on our environment.
However, these cherry should bloom at the end of February. Please do not misunderstand. There are a lot of species of cherry trees and the blossoms in the photo usually blooms earlier than well-know cherry blossoms.

桜の品種や環境で咲く時期が違うっていうのは、聞いたことがあります。いつだったかな？数年前、桜が咲いてるのに、雪が降ったことがあったような…友人いわく、富山では5月上旬に桜が満開になるそうです。次の帰国が5月頃になりそうなので、もしかしたら見れるかなと期待しつつ…🌸
ある高校の校長先生のよく話す話題が四季折々に咲く桜でした。そのひとつの十月桜は文字通り10月頃に咲きますが、以前住んでいたフランスの田舎町にこの十月桜の並木があって、咲くたびに日本の風景を思い出しました。
三月の卒業頃に咲くのはソメイヨシノですが、2月くらいから5月くらいまでは様々な桜が次々と咲く時期かなと思います。富山なら5月にも咲いているかも知れません。
一時帰国、楽しみですね。
