ハクモクレンが雨に濡れている。普段は焦茶色にくすんだ枝も、雨に現れて赤く輝き、降り頻る雨が飛び回る小さな虫のように春をつげる。落ちたがらない雨粒はようやくその赤い枝にしがみつき、煙った空気の向こうで自由奔放な紅梅が雨を楽しむ。ホッとする春がある。
The white magnolia tree is wet with rain. Its branches, usually a dull dark brown, shine red by washing out in the rain, and the drizzling rain heralds spring like little bugs flying around. The raindrops that don’t want to fall finally cling to the red branches, and on the other side of the foggy air, the free-spirited red plum blossoms enjoy the rain. That’s the spring that makes you feel relieved.
