colours

一連の不幸な出来事が始まって以来、至る所に青と黄色の組み合わせを見るようになった。昨日まで他人事のように気にもとめなかった場所が、やがて世界で最も注目される場所に変わりゆく様子を目の当たりにして、世界がつながっていることを実感する。フランスのワクチンパスにもその旗が現れ、無縁だった街のマークもここ暫くは青と黄色の組み合わせに塗り替えられた。COVID -19の制限の中、アフリカに実家のある知人がどうやって帰ろうかと思案する姿を見ながら他人事ではないと思っていた数ヶ月前の日々が、頭の片隅から消えぬまま今日に移り変わっていく。

Since the beginning of unfortunate days, we have seen combinations of blue and yellow everywhere. I realise that the world is connected each other by witnessing how a place that I didn’t care until yesterday will soon change to a most known place in the world. French vaccination pass showed the flag with those two colours on it and a mark of my town is now coloured with those. A few months ago, I was concerning myself in a foreign place by listening to a sigh of my colleague originally from Africa about COVID-19 and it turns to be new before forgetting a nightmare.
