Connection lost

I have lost my internet connection for my Mac and I’m now trying to contact to the service agency, Bouygues telecom. I could be back on line with in a few days. This text has been uploaded by mobile phone. 

固定回線のインターネット接続が動作していません。サービスに繋ごうとしていますが、今時なぜか自動応答の電話対応のため、うまくいっていません。数日中にオンラインに戻れると良いのですが。このテキストは電話回線を通じてアップしています。
